One of the most intricate and important phases of a root canal procedure is establishing a reproducible glide path, as this is an area where problems can arise. The use of stainless steel hand files is a time consuming process and exposes the clinician and patient to the risk of apical zipping, ledging and transportation*.
The new PROGLIDER glide path file is made with M-Wire® NiTi Alloy and has been designed to respect the anatomy of the root canal. Regardless of the path's complexity, PROGLIDER provides a one file glide path solution, with a 16.02 tip size and unique variable taper design. Dental clinicians no longer need to use multiple hand or rotary files for creating a glide path to the apex of the root canal.
