Description
Heliosit Orthodontic is a light-cured, extremely translucent luting composite for ceramic or metal orthodontic brackets.
Heliosit Orthodontic is used to create a strong bond after the enamel has been etched with phosphoric acid (37%). Metal and ceramic surfaces must be pre-treated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Composition
Urethane dimethacrylate, Bis-GMA, and decandiol dimethacrylate (85 weight percent) make up the monomer matrix. Highly dispersed silicon dioxide (14 weight percent) makes up the filler. Catalysts and stabilizers (1 weight percent) are additional ingredients.
