Return and Replacements
You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on kckdirect.com within 10 days of receipt, for a reason of mismatch or receipt of a defective item. Whereas, we will not accept any return, if you select an incorrect item during the purchase. So, we request you to check the product features& discription before you place an order on kckdirect.com. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products to your account within 15 days after reciving product at our registered office. Or, we will replace the same item in good condition as per your order, at free of coast. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. Only self-ship return /exchange allowed for all the items, the pickup facility will not be available.
For any return, you are requested to follow the return procedure of kckdirect.com. you will get a return registration mumber once you complete the procedure. Then only you need to send the product back to us.
the following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy
1.All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging and should not be broken or tampered with.
2.For exchange/return, you must return the product to us through any logistic agency or directly return to our registered office, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. we recommend you use a reliable courier service to do this. Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed the actual shipping coast paid by you. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
3.Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your account in case you request for return. please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to firstname.lastname@example.org

If you want a replacement for the item, we will send a new product.
If the returned product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.
