Description
The crown remover is a mechanical tool that uses a spring mechanism to detach bonded crowns and bridges through an intense force.
It features a spring-operated crown remover that comes with eight tips and a wrench.
There is a specific tip designed for the removal of bridges.
The strength of the impulse can be adjusted.
With eight varied tip designs, it can engage different areas of the crown margins.
A unique steel string can be threaded beneath the bridge and attached to the rectangular tip, allowing the bridge to be extracted when an impulse is applied.
For teeth that have undergone root treatment, the impulse strength should be reduced.
This tool facilitates the definitive removal of crowns by breaking the seal between the tooth and crown, even after the crown has been sectioned with a bur.
Setting the impulse to a higher intensity could potentially fracture the underlying tooth, so caution is advised.
